Subscription Plans
PromptMotion offers monthly subscription plans (Free, Starter, Creator, and Studio). Payments are processed securely through PayHere.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact us at support@promptmotion.cc within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case individually.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

- Partial months of service after cancellation mid-cycle
- Unused AI credits
- Plan downgrades mid-cycle

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PromptMotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
Service Description
PromptMotion provides AI-powered tools for social media content creation, video analysis, and post generation. Features and limits vary by subscription tier.
Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed through PayHere
- Prices are as displayed on the pricing page and subject to change with 30 days' notice
- By subscribing, you authorize PromptMotion to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation
AI Credits
- AI credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier
- Unused credits do not roll over to the following month
- Credits are consumed by AI-powered features such as video analysis and scenario generation
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Intellectual Property
Content you generate using PromptMotion remains your property. PromptMotion retains all rights to the underlying platform, AI models, and proprietary technology.
Limitation of Liability
PromptMotion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or loss of profits.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
